الخصوصية والشروط
بكلمات بسيطة: ماذا نحفظ، أين يذهب كلامك، وماذا تستطيع أن تفعل به.
ما نحفظه عنك
- محادثاتك مع فلاح، والمستندات التي ترفعها، وملاحظات مكتبتك، وما صنعه فلاح لك (الأعمال: صفحات وجداول ورسوم وغيرها)، واسمك وما تعمل.
- إذا فتحت مكتبًا: بريدك الإلكتروني، وكلمة مرورك على هيئة بصمة لا يمكن عكسها، وأجهزتك المسجّلة.
- كل ما كتبته أو رفعته محفوظ مشفّرًا بمفتاح خاص بك. لا يراه مستخدم آخر.
- لا نحفظ تسجيلاتك الصوتية. يُرسل المقطع للتحويل إلى نص ثم يُترك.
- الفريق الذي يشغّل فلاح يستطيع الاطلاع على ما تكتبه لفلاح وعلى ما يتذكّره من لوحة إدارة المنصة.
إلى أين يذهب كلامك
- OpSoul: المنصة التي تشغّل فلاح. يصلها ما تكتبه ليجيبك. يتذكّرك فلاح بعد أن تفتح مكتبك فقط؛ قبل ذلك لا يتذكّر شيئًا بين زيارة وأخرى.
- Munsit (منصّات): عند استخدام الصوت، يُرسل المقطع إليها للتحويل إلى نص أو إلى كلام.
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
ما تستطيع فعله
- تنزيل كل بياناتك من «حسابي» في أي وقت.
- حذف مكتبك وكل ما فيه من «حسابي». الحذف نهائي.
- حذف أي محادثة أو مستند أو ملاحظة وحدها.
النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة تُحفظ حتى ١٤ يومًا، ثم تُمحى معها أي بيانات حذفتها.
حذف مكتبك يمحو كل ما يحفظه هذا التطبيق. ما تعلّمه فلاح عنك داخل OpSoul لا يُمحى من هنا بعد، ونعمل على ذلك.
شروط الاستخدام
- فلاح مساعد ذكي. قد يخطئ. راجع الأرقام والمعلومات المهمة قبل الاعتماد عليها.
- ليس بديلًا عن محامٍ أو محاسب أو طبيب أو مستشار مرخّص.
- استخدمه بما يتوافق مع القانون، ولا ترفع ما لا تملك حق رفعه.
- أنت مسؤول عن حفظ رمز الاستعادة وكلمة المرور. بدون الرمز لا نستطيع استعادة مكتبك.
- قد نغيّر هذه الصفحة. نحدّث التاريخ أدناه عند حدوث ذلك.

Privacy and terms
In plain words: what we keep, where your words go, and what you can do with them.
What we keep
- Your chats with Falah, the documents you upload, your library notes, what Falah made for you (Artifacts: pages, tables, charts and more), your name and what you do.
- If you open an office: your email, a one-way fingerprint of your password, and your signed-in devices.
- Everything you write or upload is stored encrypted under a key made for you alone. No other user can see it.
- We do not keep your voice recordings. A clip is sent to be turned into text and then dropped.
- The team that runs Falah can see what you write to Falah, and what Falah remembers, in the platform's management console.
Where your words go
- OpSoul, the platform that runs Falah, receives what you write so it can answer. Falah remembers you only once you open your office; before that it remembers nothing between visits.
- Munsit receives voice clips when you use voice, to turn them into text or speech.
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
What you can do
- Download all your data from My account at any time.
- Delete your office and everything in it from My account. Deletion is permanent.
- Delete any single chat, document or note.
Encrypted backups are kept for up to 14 days; anything you deleted disappears with them.
Deleting your office erases everything this app keeps. What Falah learned about you inside OpSoul cannot be erased from here yet; we are working on it.
Terms of use
- Falah is an AI assistant and can be wrong. Check numbers and important information before relying on them.
- It is not a substitute for a licensed lawyer, accountant, doctor or adviser.
- Use it lawfully and do not upload what you have no right to upload.
- You are responsible for your password and recovery code. Without the code we cannot restore your office.
- We may change this page and will update the date below when we do.
